Payment Terms

Subscription fees are as follows:

• Monthly subscription fee of R50 is charged in advance
• All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT and taxes
• Payment must be received before service activation

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or breach of terms.

Upon termination, your access to our financial planning services will cease immediately.

Service Disclaimer

Our financial planning services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Investment results may vary and past performance does not guarantee future returns.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.

Indemnification
